Job Summary
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Payroll Assistant to support our payroll operations and ensure accurate processing of employee payments. The successful candidate will assist with data entry, payroll calculations, and maintaining employee records using our HR System.
Responsibilities
* Assist with payroll processing.
* Input and verify employee data, including hours worked, leave, and deductions, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
* Maintain organised records of employee information, timesheets, and payroll documentation.
* Assist with other administrative tasks related to driver hours, human resources, and payroll functions.
Qualifications
* Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail.
* Analytical skills to identify discrepancies and resolve issues efficiently.
* Basic understanding of payroll procedures and compliance would be ideal.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
