Rota - Two shift patterns 22:00 to 7.making sure every person has the best possible care experience, working with them to build a positive culture and ethos in the home and responding effectively when things don’t go to plan.

Somebody who truly understand that care is a ‘doing word’ and that the change we want to make in our home relies on working with, not doing to, people.
Do you have a strong track record of delivering top-quality care for each person in previous positions? This role is ideally located for those travelling from Royal Leamington Spa, Kenilworth, Stratford upon Avon, Nuneaton, Coventry, Rugby, Bedworth, Warwick, Solihull, Nottingham, Sheffield, Leicester, Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Worcester, Banbury, Northampton, Leicester, Loughbourgh
