Reporting to the Engineering Manager, this role will drive efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities * Maintain facility standards and compliance with regulations (Legionella, PSSR, LOLER, etc.). * Oversee contractors, approve critical maintenance, and manage the PTW system. * Monitor and update BMS, Cooling Towers, and Effluent Plant. * Lead asset care, conduct root cause analysis, and support improvement projects. * Ensure health & safety compliance and participate in safety initiatives. * Collaborate with operational teams to enhance site knowledge and reduce waste. * Assist NPD with trials and equipment solutions.
