What You'll Do:
* Empower colleagues at all levels to embrace and maximize our Digital Workplace tools.
* Collect feedback and requirements to craft engaging guidance and learning materials.
* Be an active participant in our vibrant online community, answering queries and boosting engagement.
* Collaborate with the Engagement team to innovate new ways of working that blend technology with business needs.
* Create high-quality training materials, including documents, videos, and communication campaigns.
* Manage and update our SharePoint site, ensuring it’s packed with the latest FAQs, training materials, and content.
* Analyse usage data to spot trends and develop targeted campaigns to enhance tool adoption.
* Keep the business informed with weekly tips and updates, ensuring continuous engagement with our digital tools.
What We're Looking For:
* A strong passion for learning and development, with a keen interest in technology and problem-solving.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
* A proactive mindset, with a drive to lead innovative ideas and engaging campaigns.
* No prior knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite required, but a willingness to learn and apply new technologies is essential.
* Preferred skills include strong written and presentation abilities, solid problem-solving skills, and an interest in analytics.
