Job Description
1. Lead end‑to‑end management of commercial interior construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
2. Coordinate closely with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless project delivery.
3. Prepare, review, and manage project documentation such as RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress reports.
4. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, enforce safety standards, and troubleshoot issues proactively.
5. Track project costs and maintain accurate financial reporting to ensure profitability.
6. Manage subcontractor performance, negotiate vendor contracts, and maintain strong working relationships.
7. Oversee project closeout, including punch lists, final inspections, and handover documentation.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Commercial Project Manager should have:
8. Minimum 5 years of experience working for a general contractor, with a strong background in commercial interior projects.
9. Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously with consistent on-time, on-budget results.
10. Strong understanding of construction means and methods, scheduling (MS Project or similar), and cost control.
11. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
12. Highly organized, detail-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
13. Ability to collaborate effectively with project teams and maintain strong client relationships.
