This exciting opportunity exists for a dynamic, passionate, and dedicated Health & Fitness professional who is fitness focused, business minded and ready to lead. Bringing your passion for Fitness and Health to our team, you will be responsible for driving and developing the fitness product at Larkfield Leisure Centre whilst ensuring your team delivers exceptional levels of customer service, retention, and satisfaction.
With at least 3 years Health & Fitness management experience, you will hold a CIMSPA or REPs accredited Level 3 qualification in Fitness Instruction and Group Fitness coaching qualifications. Ideally, you will also hold a current National Pool Lifeguard Qualification, First Aid at Work Qualification and Pool Plant Operators Certificate.
* Acting a key part of the site Management Team assist in the provision, promotion and development of services provided by tmactive and connected sites, to meet the customer needs.
* To be responsible to the Centre Manager for the day-to-day management and co-ordination of all matters relating to the efficient and effective operations of the Centre, leading on Health and Fitness, Referral, Health Suite (site dependant) and Group Fitness.
* To assist the Centre Manager in the implementation of all aspects of Health and Safety management at the Centre in accordance with all relevant legislation, ensuring completion of all relevant records, checks, and Risk Assessment for specific area of responsibility.
* To assist the Centre Manager / Chief Operations Officer in the maintenance and control of the Centre's revenue and expenditure in line with tmactive procedures and annual budgets.
* To maintain and develop effective communications and positive working relationships at site, across tmactive and with Council services and other organisations as appropriate.
