I need a complete, factory-ready technical development package for a premium engineered work pant (with the short to follow after approval of the pant).
The deliverables required are:
1.Technical flat CAD drawings (front and back, plus side view if required).
2.Detailed construction drawings showing pocket layout, reinforcement panels and stitching placement.
3.Full measurement specification sheet covering all intended sizes.
4.Size grading chart.
5.Complete Bill of Materials (BOM) including all fabrics, trims and components.
6.Main fabric specification (target 280–320gsm stretch fabric, composition and performance recommendations).
7.Secondary fabric specifications (pocket lining, reinforcement fabric etc.).
8.Trim specifications (zipper type, buttons, rivets, elastics, thread type).
9.Stitch construction instructions (seam types, bar tacks, stress-point reinforcement).
10.Branding placement guide (logo positioning, label placement, measurements).
11.Pantone colour references.
12.Tolerance chart for production.
13.Care label content guidance.
14.Final compiled PDF tech pack suitable for submission to manufacturers.
This garment is positioned at the premium end of the market ($200 retail), so durability, function and construction accuracy are critical.
