Key Responsibilities of Assistant Property Manager:
* Supporting Block Managers with the day-to-day management of residential blocks, including responding to leaseholder enquiries and maintaining accurate records.
* Administering building insurance claims and coordinating with insurers, contractors, and stakeholders.
* Assisting with site inspections, completing follow-up actions, and supporting compliance activities (Health & Safety, Fire Risk, Asbestos).
* Obtaining and presenting contractor quotations, issuing work orders, and assisting with contract management and re-tenders.
* Providing general administrative support, including reporting, correspondence, system updates and project/task management.
