Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
* Provide essential administrative support to the Regional Sales Manager and Director.
* Handle various sales administration tasks, including preparing and updating contracts.
* Carefully review and verify contracts received from solicitors.
* Keep internal systems updated with new property releases and pricing changes.
* Organize and facilitate new site legal meetings, managing the process through to the issue of initial legal documents.
