JOB Technical Surveyor/Inspector
LOC HASTINGS
TERM Initially 3 months
RATE £32.94 per hour UMBRELLA and mileage rate (45p) available from home location!

Description
Damp, Mould and Disrepair Surveyor - Building Inspector able to attend properties and diagnose repairs linked to Damp and Mould. 9am to 5pm - 36.25 hours a week (45 mins unpaid break) cover for 3 month secondment - Location is HASTINGS.
Must be a driver with full UK driving license and vehicle. 45p per mile for mileage and this will be paid from home will need a basic DBS before can start the role!
