The Opportunity
Due to growth, we are seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to build, manage, and deepen relationships with corporate clients globally. You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering tailored solutions across FX products, including FX Options, and drive the expansion of the business by closing new opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships.
You’ll be supported by a team of skilled Business Development Managers (BDMs) generating high-quality, qualified client meetings — allowing you to focus on what you do best: solution-selling, relationship management, and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and grow a portfolio of corporate clients, delivering bespoke FX and payment solutions.
* Consultatively sell a full suite of FX products, including spot, forwards, and FX options.
* Structure and present tailored FX hedging and options strategies to senior client stakeholders.
* Manage the full sales lifecycle from initial meeting (provided by BDMs) to deal closure and onboarding.
* Maintain and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.
* Stay up to date with FX markets and trends to provide expert market commentary and advice.
* Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to clients, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 7+ years’ experience in FX Sales/Relationship Management with strong exposure to FX Options.
* Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue and growth targets.
* Level 3 qualified minimum; CF30 or Level 4 qualification (company will sponsor).
* Excellent knowledge of FX market mechanics, risk management strategies, and derivative structures.
* Strong network of corporate clients and introducers within the FX and payments space.
* Highly skilled in solution-selling and consultative relationship management.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a hunger to drive revenue and succeed.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
