This is a varied, hands-on role working across a large commercial site in Harrogate as well as other local sites across North Yorkshire. The Role You will be responsible for a mix of planned maintenance, reactive repairs, and project work, including: Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance Fault finding and repair across: HVAC systems Emergency lighting Controls and general lighting systems Water hygiene systems Maintenance and testing of fire systems including alarms and sprinklers Supporting and leading mechanical and electrical project work Electrical installation tasks General building and site maintenance duties Providing out-of-hours cover on a rota basisAbout you: Min NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation 18th Edition Experience in facilities, commercial or industrial environments Strong fault-finding and organisational skills Experience within commercial, industrial or facilities environments Background in FM, construction or property maintenance Confident with PPM systems and job management systems Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan and pri...
