As a Field Care Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining our high standards and supporting our team of Care Professionals. Your role includes:
Responsibilities
* Conduct care reviews and update client support plans.
* Perform client quality assessments to maintain high standards.
* Ensure all care plans are accurate, up to date, and digitally managed.
* Maintain detailed client and Care Professional records.
* Carry out client introductions to ensure continuity of care.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and professionals.
* Conduct regular supervisions and support visits with Care Professionals.
* Mentor and support Care Professionals to excel in their roles.
* Provide training and guidance on using digital care management technology.
* Assist the Client Experience Team to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Participate in on‑call duties as required, ensuring ongoing support.
* Take proactive steps to continuously improve client experiences.
Qualifications & Experience
* Experience in the care sector, delivering a range of personal care services.
* Knowledge of MAR sheets and medication administration in a supervisory role.
* Commitment to high-quality care, supporting clients to maintain independence.
* Understanding of health and social care regulations and legislation.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
* Confidence in using care management technology and in training others.
* Strong organisational skills, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
Requirements
* Full UK driving licence and access to a fully insured car, or a valid means of transport to visit clients and the office.
* The right to live and work in the UK (we do not offer visa sponsorship).
* Prior care experience.
* Ideally NVQ Level 2 or above (or equivalent).
