Overview
Income Officer (x3 positions) – Flex between Home and our Offices in Coalville, Leicestershire (Travel across East Midlands). 35 hours per week, 8am – 6pm. Salary £27,213 - £30,237 per annum.
The role
As an Income Officer you will support the delivery of the income management service, which aims to maximise the amount of rent collected and minimise financial hardship within our communities.
Key responsibilities
* Collecting rent and supporting people out of rent arrears.
* Working in partnership to enable customers to access financial and tenancy support.
* Establishing and maintaining strong, effective relationships with emh colleagues and external partners.
* Legally escalating possession claims when appropriate, in line with procedure.

Qualifications
Educated to GCSE level 4 – 9 (C or above) standard, or equivalent, in English and Maths
