We’re looking for a confident and proactive HR professional who can provide comprehensive support across a wide range of people matters, working closely with operational leaders to drive positive outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing expert advice and guidance on employee relations, performance, and organisational change.
* Supporting managers with complex HR cases, including absence, grievance, and disciplinary matters.
* Advising on recruitment activity and workforce planning in collaboration with internal teams.
* Using HR data and insights to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
* Contributing to wider HR projects such as policy development, restructures, and change programmes.
What we’re looking for:
1. CIPD qualified (or working towards) with solid generalist HR experience.
2. Strong understanding of UK employment legislation and HR best practice.
