You will be responsible for the customer’s first interaction with our product, making it exciting and engaging. Your role is to gain the customer’s commitment to buy and to guide them through their brand journey with Nurtur, aiming for a rewarding return on their investment.
You should possess excellent knowledge of our product and the industries we serve, understanding how we can benefit their businesses and tailoring your demonstrations accordingly. Networking skills are essential, as you will represent yourself and our brand positively.
Your main goal is to generate income from new sales and existing customers, building upon your sales pipeline. A smooth onboarding process, high product usage, and demonstrating ROI will ensure customer retention and reveal further opportunities.

* Review and manage your diary efficiently to optimize your time.
* Deliver personalised, passionate, and ethical pitches to potential customers.

* Collaborate with your team to ensure seamless transition from sale to onboarding and delivery.
* Present business reviews to key stakeholders, analysing ROI confidently.
* Develop bespoke marketing strategies with customers to meet ROI goals and cross-sell relevant products.
* Identify at-risk clients and develop retention strategies.
* Handle customer complaints professionally until resolved.
* Gather customer feedback to inform marketing and product development.
* Stay updated on industry knowledge to provide accurate and personalised pitches.
* Attend networking events and exhibitions to understand target audiences and their needs.
* Share best practices with peers to enhance customer experience.
* Build strong relationships across the business to meet objectives.
