Job Title: Engineering shift team leader
Location: Blackpool
Salary: £60,000-£63,000
Shift: 2's and 3's days and nights (12 hours)
A superb opportunity has arisen for an Engineering shift team leader to join a supportive and collaborative engineering team within a busy manufacturing site. The company prides itself on a positive working culture where teamwork and mutual respect are at the centre of daily operations.
You will be responsible for both electrical and mechanical maintenance, responding to breakdowns, completing planned preventative maintenance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across site machinery. You will be lead for your shift providing motivation, coordination and development.

Sector - Factory Maintenance
Non‑Negotiable Requirements
* Multi‑skilled maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
* Hands on experience with pre‑planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in fast paced industrial factory.
* Previous leadership experience.
* Minimum Level 3 engineering qualifications.
Desirable Requirements
* Previous experience working as a Maintenance Engineer in the UK.
* Strong electrical skill set.
* Previous experience working in FMCG or Food.
