* Week 1: Sunday 04:45-08:45, Monday 04:30-08:30, Thursday 17:30-21:30, Saturday 17:30-21:30
* Week 2: Tuesday 04:30-08:30, Wednesday 04:30-08:30, Friday 04:30-08:30, Saturday 04:30-08:30
Responsibilities
* Accept deliveries, unpack goods, and prepare crates to ensure the shop floor is fully stocked.
* Assist in keeping products available for customers, contributing to a seamless shopping experience.
* Use in-store systems and tools to track deliveries, manage stock, and ensure products are in their correct locations.
* Roll up your sleeves and support the store to keep things moving and ensure the store runs like clockwork.
* Be flexible and able to work across various operational tasks and adapt to the changing needs of the store.
* Collaborate with colleagues across the store to maintain an inclusive environment.
Purpose
To deliver a great shopping experience for our customers, we are looking for colleagues who put customers before tasks every time whilst championing and promoting our brilliant products. As the face of the business, you will be the voice of our customers helping us to continually improve.
Key Accountabilities
* Serve our customers efficiently, both on the shop floor and at service points.
* Keep the store clean and tidy, ensuring shelves are stocked with product.
* Monitor and deliver on daily sales targets, priorities, promotions and selling opportunities.
* Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, make recommendations and deliver remarkable service.
* Build expert product knowledge to sell and recommend our products and services.
* Receive training to utilise all digital tools and communication channels to deliver for the customer every time.
