Position Available: Inside Sales Consultant
Location: Hertfordshire (3 days a week in office)
Experience needed: Experience in outbound sales engagement, lead generation, and developing strong client relationships, ideally within technology, software, or business solutions sectors.

We are a technology company providing software solutions to wholesale, distribution, and merchant businesses. As an Inside Sales Consultant, you'll play a key role in generating new opportunities, connecting with prospects, and showcasing how our ERP solutions can transform their operations.
Responsibilities include:
* Build relationships through confident phone outreach, digital networking, and email campaigns
* Research and identify target businesses and decision-makers
* Convert marketing campaigns into qualified appointments
* Develop strong knowledge of our software platform to present its value
* Gather market insights on trends and competitor activity
* Represent the business at trade shows and events
What we need from you:
* A proven track record of outbound sales activity, particularly over the phone, LinkedIn, and email
* Strong ability to research, identify, and qualify new business opportunities
* Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage and build rapport with decision-makers
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple prospects and conversations simultaneously
* A proactive, resilient approach with a focus on turning conversations into tangible opportunities
* Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn and use new digital tools and platforms
