AL Solutions is currently seeking experienced Clinical Research Associates (CRA II/Senior CRA) to join our client's team based in Scotland. As a Senior CRA/CRA II, you will be responsible for monitoring clinical trials and ensuring compliance with study protocols, ICH-GCP guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
In this role, you will:
* Conduct site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits
* Perform source data verification and review study documents
* Ensure adherence to study protocols and regulatory requirements
* Monitor site and study progress, and address any issues or risks
* Build strong relationships with investigators and site staff
Requirements
To be considered for this position, you will need:
* Bachelor's degree in a life science or related field
* Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a CRA II or Senior CRA
* Sound knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory guidelines
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
* Flexibility to travel to sites within Scotland
