Job Opportunity: Approved Premises Manager
We are seeking an experienced Approved Premises Manager to lead a dynamic Independent Approved Premises (IAP) in accordance with our Christian mission and values. The role involves meeting contractual requirements and leading the IAP agenda.
This site-based role is a 12-month secondment opportunity, working 37 hours per week. The position offers a competitive salary of £45,661 per annum.

Key Responsibilities
* Assess and manage referrals through MoJ systems; develop programmes and activities to encourage clients to reach their potential and integrate into the community
* Promote good outcomes for independent living and crime-free lives; manage complaints and provide hope for the future regardless of past circumstances
* Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders including probation, police, health services, MAPPA agencies, and housing providers to influence client outcomes
* Maintain and develop a Christ-centred culture, demonstrating strategic Christian leadership by fostering teamwork, promoting diversity, and respecting all stakeholders
Please note that the successful candidate must be adaptable to change and flexible in duties. No two days are the same, so the ability to refocus frequently is important.

About Boxtree Cottage
Box Tree Independent Approved Premises primarily supports offenders released on licence requiring high-level supervision. We play a vital role in assisting offenders' transition from custody to community, ensuring successful resettlement. Our responsibilities include supporting residents' well-being, monitoring behaviour, conducting inspections, and working closely with colleagues and partner agencies.
