Within our Capital Delivery and Commercial department, we are looking for a Project Coordinator to join the Capital Design team in either our Raynseway (Derby) or Finham (Coventry) office.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW
As a Project Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the design teams, organising events, and liaising with external supply chain partners. You’ll work alongside design managers and project teams to track and disseminate information effectively.
Your responsibilities include updating programme monitoring tools, tracking team performance and training records, and organising management meetings to ensure smooth operations.
You should have experience in producing data, preparing monthly performance reports using various statistics, and working within a team environment. You’ll be well-organised, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication, report writing, and presentation skills.
