Commercial Contracts Manager Full-time | Permanent | Hybrid Working An excellent opportunity has arisen for a detail-focused Commercial Contracts Manager to join a dynamic, people-centred organisation. This key role will oversee the management, negotiation, and compliance of commercial contracts across both public and private sector clients. About the Role: Reporting to the Commercial Director, you’ll be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, ensuring all terms, conditions, and service obligations are accurate, current, and commercially sound. You’ll maintain a contracts register, manage renewals, and work closely with operational teams to ensure compliance with contractual KPIs, reporting requirements, and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts for public sector tenders and private sector agreements. Maintain and proactively manage the contracts register, ensuring timely renewals. Monitor contract compliance, including service levels, KPIs, and reporting obligations. Support procurement by reviewing supplier terms and advising on risks. Provide contract guidance and training to operational and finance teams. Build strong working relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. About You: Experience in a commercial contracts management role. Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Confident negotiator with clear, concise communication skills. Proactive, commercially aware, and able to work collaboratively across teams.
