What youll be doing:
* Preparing and producing food to the highest standards across multiple kitchen sections.
* Taking charge of your own section and occasionally running the kitchen as duty chef.
* Supporting and mentoring junior chefs, sharing your skills and knowledge.
* Ensuring food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards are always upheld.
* Working collaboratively with a supportive and passionate team.
About you:
* Relevant professional qualifications (City & Guilds 706 1/2, NVQ, or equivalent experience).
* Strong background across different kitchen sections, ideally in a high-volume environment.
* Excellent cooking skills across larder, pastry, sauce and vegetarian dishes.
* Reliable, flexible and confident working independently or as part of a team.
* Great communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
