E-commerce Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for Group wide implementation and support of a centralised ecommerce system which is adapted to meet local requirements..
Duties:
1. Support local teams in their implementation of B2B ecommerce (~8 companies)
2. Be the main point of contact for technical support on issues with the system
3. Liaise between local teams and developers utilising JIRA ticketing system to ensure timely resolution of bugs (developers are mix of internal and freelancers)
4. Perform QA/testing of development actioned
5. Administration of integration between Product Information Management System for product data in line with the requirements of the ecommerce system
6. Interface between PIM/ERP/Ecommerce to provide solutions to the local markets
7. Work with UX designers to develop designs based on requirements
8. Create specifications for developers based on functional requirements
9. Support in the on boarding process of new countries into the platform
10. Support local markets in the success of their ecommerce project where necessary
11. Support in platform adoption and overall growth of order conversion
12. Documenting all aspects of the system
Experience:
13. Good understanding of ETL tools such as Power BI, Pentaho ETL for data management would be an advantage
14. Strong understanding of business processes and backend
15. Understanding of system implementations
16. Minimum basic knowledge in using Microsoft Office package (Outlook, Word, Excel)
17. Excellent English spelling & grammar
18. Able to write technical specifications
19. Capable of managing your own time, meet deadlines and work within a team
