We are recruiting for two experienced Electrical Engineers to join AtkinsRéalis’ Design & Advanced Technology team, supporting major UK water infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver electrical design work on complex multi-disciplinary projects
* Produce technical documentation including SLDs, Load Schedules, MCC Specifications and Control Philosophies
* Coordinate Electrical & ICA engineering activities
* Support project delivery to agreed timelines and budgets
* Work closely with clients and multi-disciplinary teams
* Mentor junior engineers and support technical development
* Ensure designs meet industry standards and quality requirements
Requirements
* Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
* CEng or IEng preferred
* Strong electrical design experience within consultancy, industrial or process environments
* Experience using electrical design software such as Trimble/Amtech
* Knowledge of HAZOP, earthing, lighting, DSEAR and ATEX practices
* Water industry experience desirable but not essential
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
