About the Roles
Graduate BREEAM/Sustainability Consultant
Step into a role at the heart of one of BRE’s major digital transformation projects. You’ll support the migration of the BREEAM digital platform back in-house, gaining hands-on experience with both sustainability content and digital systems.
You will:
* Build an understanding of the current BREEAM platform and how it operates
* Help configure BREEAM content within a new internal environment
* Support testing, documentation and workflow improvements
* Work closely with digital and technical teams to ensure a smooth transition
* Engage with user feedback to help shape an improved platform
This role blends environmental knowledge with digital curiosity, giving you a unique mix of technical and sustainability experience.
BREEAM Specification Graduate
Join the team responsible for shaping and refining BREEAM standards used across the built environment.
You will:
* Review evidence and analyse benchmarks
* Draft, edit and update BREEAM scheme content
* Support the coordination of technical changes and improvements
* Gather and interpret customer feedback to strengthen future scheme development
This role sits at the intersection of technical detail and clear communication—perfect for analytical thinkers with an eye for accuracy.

Salary & Progression
* £30,000 starting salary
* £32,000 after 12 months
* £34,000 after successful completion at 18 months
