Our client is looking for an experienced Operations Lead to join their growing pensions management team within a highly regarded, independent professional trustee firm.
This is a newly created leadership role, offering a unique blend of strategic oversight and hands-on client delivery.
You’ll be responsible for driving operational excellence across the pensions management function while maintaining direct engagement with key clients. Reporting to the Head of Pensions Management, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the team’s strategy, managing performance, enhancing internal processes, and ensuring the highest standards of governance and client service are met.
This role would suit a senior pensions professional with at least 10 years’ experience across areas such as pensions management, scheme secretarial, actuarial consultancy or administration. You’ll bring deep knowledge of UK pensions legislation and strong experience managing people, resources, and workflows - particularly in a professional services environment. A confident leader, you’ll be capable of influencing senior stakeholders, mentoring teams, and driving business development initiatives.
