We are seeking a motivated and proactive Administrative Support Officer who will be part of a professional team that works collaboratively to ensure that members of the University of Leeds Health Innovation Leeds Incubator team and Nexus Collaboration team are constantly supported to a high level.
You will have experience as a PA to senior management and have a proven track record of providing professional administrative support in a busy office. You should possess excellent organisational, communication and IT skills and be a strong team player, with the ability to exercise initiative and work independently. Diplomatic and discreet in approach, you will be skilled at managing a complex workload accurately, including electronic diary management and correspondence management. You will have a willingness to learn new skills and accept new responsibilities and the ability to maintain effective working relationships with colleagues at all levels.
