The Opportunity
We're recruiting for a respected regional law firm seeking an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor to join their established and growing team. With offices across Yorkshire and a progressive, tech-enabled approach to legal service delivery, this is an exciting opportunity to work on high-quality property matters in a modern and flexible working environment.

The Role
You'll manage a broad and stimulating caseload of commercial property work, including:
* Freehold/leasehold acquisitions and disposals (shops, offices, industrial units, land)
* Negotiating commercial leases and associated documentation
* Landlord and tenant matters
* Corporate support and development-related transactions
* Optional experience in property finance, overage provisions, and option agreements
* Exposure to residential development sites and financing would be advantageous
About You
* Qualified solicitor with 3–6 years PQE in commercial property (PQE band flexible)
* Can run files independently but enjoy collaborative teamwork
* Strong client communication and negotiation skills
* Confident working in a largely paperless, tech-forward environment
* Proactive in networking and business development activity
Package & Benefits
* £50,000–£70,000 depending on experience
* Hybrid working (minimum 3 days in office per week)
* 35-hour working week
