What you’ll be doing… As a Senior Commercial Finance Manager, you will play a key role in driving financial performance and strategic decision-making across the business. You’ll provide insightful analysis, challenge assumptions, and support commercial teams to maximise growth and profitability, while ensuring financial rigour and compliance. Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for key business areas Partner with commercial and operational teams to evaluate business performance and investment decisions Provide robust financial analysis and modelling to support strategic initiatives Deliver insightful reporting and commentary to senior stakeholders and leadership Monitor KPIs and identify risks, opportunities, and trends impacting business performance Support pricing, contract evaluation, and scenario planning for new business opportunities Drive improvements in financial processes, tools, and reporting systems Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, supporting professional development and succession planning Ensure compliance with financial policies, accounting standards, and corporate governance Working pattern: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week | Hybrid working Job ID: 5872 What can you bring?
