About the Role
As our Verifications SME, you'll be the authority on seller eligibility, fraud detection, and due diligence. You'll review applications, identify red flags, and guide Verification Administrators. You'll also improve verification processes and stay ahead of risks. If you love data and making judgment calls, this role is for you.
What You'll Be Doing
* Conduct reviews of seller applications and documentation
* Ensure legitimacy through due diligence checks
* Escalate tricky cases
* Refine verification criteria
* Analyze data using Salesforce and Excel
* Collaborate to improve processes
* Mentor Verification Administrators
What You'll Bring
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
* Proficiency in Excel
* Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
* Clear communication skills
* Ability to make independent decisions
* Organizational and multitasking skills
* Experience in eCommerce or online marketplaces

Schedule & Compensation
Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours
£30,000
Hybrid if local to Bournemouth, remote possible
