The role is mainly office-based with some flexibility.\nWeâre looking for a motivated and organised individual to join our Facilities team as a Facilities Apprentice. \nAbout the Role\nAs a Facilities Apprentice, youâll work closely with a small, friendly team to learn how we look after our stores and offices. Youâll help manage maintenance requests, support with essential admin tasks, and learn how we work with external suppliers.\nYou will be supported throughout the apprenticeship and will gain practical experience in:\nâ¢\nLogging and tracking maintenance requests\nâ¢\nResponding to queries from stores\nâ¢\nUpdating databases and keeping records accurate\nâ¢\nHelping with invoices and costs\nâ¢\nLearning how we manage utilities like gas, electricity, and water\nâ¢\nMaking sure health and safety standards are met\nâ¢\nSupporting Facilities Managers with day-to-day tasks\nâ¢\nChecking that waste and recycling processes are followed correctly This is a great opportunity for someone starting their career who enjoys problem-solving, working with people, and learning how buildings and services are looked after.\n You donât need experience in facilities â just a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
