You will be working in the Southampton area Monday - Friday 07:30am - 16:15pm Temp Contract - Ongoing Pay rate - £22.70ph umbrella Job Purpose We are looking for a confident and self-motivated individual who has the ability to multi-task and can carry out small works in other trade disciplines, to undertake the role of Carpenter within Southampton City Housing Operations team. Experience of working with UPVC installation and property maintenance would be an advantage, it is essential for you to have a practical understanding of the construction / property maintenance industry. You will be liaising with residents, peers and colleagues on a daily basis so communication and customer focus will be essential to the role.
