TENANCY SUPPORT WORKER (HOUSING) Either Full time or Part time position – North Down and Ards Area Provide Tenancy Support Service to a range of clients within the North Down & Ards Area area, liaising with referral agents within the Northern Ireland Housing Executive and other key stakeholders, and ensuring delivery of person-centred, high-quality support. Essential Criteria: Level 2 Essential Skills in Maths and English or GCSE Grade C or above in Maths and English. Able to demonstrate a minimum of 3 to 6 months’ recent experience, providing housing support to people within the community in a paid or voluntary capacity. OR Demonstrate a minimum of 6 months experience of providing support in a paid or voluntary capacity in another community or care setting. To be willing to work flexibly which may include days & evenings and participate in the on call rota NISCC Registration or eligible to be registered from commencement of role Ability to demonstrate alignment with our client’s core values of Passion, Respect, Empathy, Togetherness, Openness & Transparency.
