My Client based BT13 area of Belfast requires a Part-time Medical Receptionist with some admin duties. This is a temporary post with the view to becoming permanent. Main Duties/Responsibilities General reception duties - greeting patients in person and on telephone, making, cancelling appointments, providing information regarding practice services Maintaining and updating files both computerised and manual. Typing letters, memos referrals, and confidential reports. Sorting and distribution of post Collect and collate data as and when required. Liaise with other disciplines, outsides agencies and departments, in a helpful and professional manner. Essential Criteria 4 GCSE’s including English & Maths (Grade A-C) Previous experience in a similar role (to include telephone & face to face contact) Fully computer literate Evidence of working in a team & on own initiative Excellent communication & organisational skills Flexibility to cover sickness & holidays Desirable Criteria Previous NHS Experience Hours 19.5 per week, Mon 8.30am - 5pm, Wed 8.30am - 1pm & Fri 8.30am - 5pm Salary £13 To apply for the above vacancy please forward your CV via the link below or contact our office
