Engineering and Technology Internship
1. Assist in the design and development of gearbox components, including gears, shafts, bearings, and housings, ensuring compliance with performance and reliability standards.
2. Participating in the design process, creating detailed 3D models and engineering drawings using CAD software, and contribute to the development of new products or technologies.
3. Keep detailed records of design iterations, calculations, and test results. Prepare technical reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
4. Completing internal projects to deliver customer outcomes and identify business improvements
5. Collaborate in product development and process improvements tasks with engineers.
6. Working as part of a team and communicating effectively with colleagues, engineers, and supervisors to achieve project goals, and identifying and addressing technical issues or challenges that arise during projects and proposing solutions.

To be successful in this role you will:
7. Be currently enrolled or recently graduated in a Bachelors’ or Masters’ level degree in Mechanical Engineering, Technology, Mechanics, other STEM-related or business-related program.
8. Have maintained a GPA grade greater than or equal to 3.0 out of 4.0 or the equivalent in your country
9. Be fluent in oral and written English and have effective communication skills.
10. Be able to legally work in the country that you are applying in, without company sponsorship or time restriction
