RSK Ireland offers a wide range of Asbestos Consultancy Services to an array of clients over different business sectors. Our service include:
1. Asbestos Surveys (Management, Refurbishment and Demolition)
2. Production of Management plans and remediation strategies
3. Reinspections and condition monitoring
4. UKAS accredited Bulk ID laboratory in Coventry
5. UKAS accredited Air monitoring services (Reassurances, Backgrounds and 4-Stage Clearances)
6. Expert Witness
7. UKATA approved Cat A and CAT B training
8. Specialism of Asbestos in Soil projects
We are part of RSK Group and as such have access to large and varied client portfolio. We also work closely with RSK Asbestos teams throughout the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
9. Surveying properties for the presence of asbestos
10. Creating survey reports including plans, photos and recommendations
11. Preparing management plans of the surveyed properties
12. Working predominately in NI but some travel to ROI client sites, may be required
13. Contacting clients while on site or in the office to inform them of any issues that have arisen
Person Specification:
14. Relevant P certs and at least 2-3 years documented experience
15. Familiar with MS Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
16. Experience with air testing software – Desirable but not essential
17. Candidates should work well on their own initiative, under pressure and also within part of a team
18. Good communication skills
