Job Description:
As Clinical Care Manager, use your extensive clinical knowledge and experience to deliver Residential and Nursing care for all residents within our luxury care and nursing home in Kingston upon Thames. A Registered Nurse with a valid NMC Pin will act as an advocate for residents' wellbeing, including Safeguarding, Mental Capacity, and Deprivation of Liberty.
Responsibilities include overseeing nursing requirements, coordinating assessments, supporting move-ins, ensuring care plans meet residents' needs, managing medication in collaboration with GPs, conducting clinical audits, and addressing concerns or complaints.
You will also be a supportive manager, responsible for the management of the Care Team, ensuring appropriate staffing levels, providing guidance, reviewing progress, setting objectives, and identifying training needs.

Your Role at Signature
You will be responsible for delivering Residential and Nursing care, overseeing nursing requirements, liaising with Clinical Services or Dementia Care Managers, coordinating assessments, supporting residents' move-in process, managing medication, conducting audits, and handling concerns or complaints.
You will manage the Care Team, ensuring appropriate staffing, providing support and guidance, reviewing progress, and identifying training needs.
What we're looking for
