Testing Co-ordinator
Location: Oldham
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. (30 hours per week)
Salary: £20,280 per annum
Our client is an established specialist provider in the construction and engineering sector, operating from Oldham and serving a diverse range of project needs within the industry. They are part of a group of niche companies focused on delivering technical services such as working at height solutions, height safety compliance/maintenance and lightning protection.
The Role
Co-ordinating all documentation, booking in tests, communicating with clients and engineers. Maintaining client service agreements and contacting clients for tests due. Co-ordinating necessary administrative functions for engineers to successfully carry out works.
Requirements
Essential
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
* Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients and internal teams
* High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
* Ability to maintain and update multiple systems in real time
* Confident in handling client queries and managing expectations
* Good IT skills, including spreadsheets and document management systems
