We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled engineers to motivate and inspire learners to develop their skills and enable progression into their chosen careers. No previous teaching experience? Don’t let this put you off… If you are a passionate person with the capacity to become a great teacher we can provide the training to help you achieve your full potential, just as we expect you to be able to help our students achieve theirs.
Qualifications
Perhaps you have experience coaching or mentoring and an interest/background in Engineering topics, there are elements of the students learning journey that would benefit from this skillset, such as progress reviews, setting targets, supporting the students to meet the requirements of their chosen pathway.
