We're recruiting for a Head Chef to lead the kitchen team at a vibrant residential activity centre in Woodbridge. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Head Chef looking for a stable, full-time position in a fun and rewarding environment, catering for children and young people enjoying outdoor stays.
Based in Woodbridge, you'll take ownership of the kitchen, ensuring high-quality, nutritious meals are delivered to large groups. This Head Chef role offers structured split shifts, no late evenings and the chance to develop your leadership skills within a supportive team.

As a Head Chef, you will:
Prepare and oversee delivery of nutritious meals
Cater for dietary, medical and allergen requirements
Maintain food safety, hygiene and compliance standards
Lead the day-to-day running of the kitchen
Support and develop junior team members
Assist within a busy residential environmentWhat we're looking for:
To succeed as a Head Chef, you'll need:
Previous experience as a Head Chef or senior Chef
Strong knowledge of food hygiene and allergen control
Confidence leading a team
Ability to stay organised under pressure
A flexible, team-focused approach
