Job Responsibility:
The Building Safety Caretaker will be responsible for ensuring estates are safe and clean, working with residents and partners to improve the environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide professional estate services, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, security, safety, maintenance, and repair.
* Carry out planned health, safety, and fire inspections.
* Perform minor repairs to estates and homes to a high standard, and help keep communities clean and safe.
* Monitor and report on communal areas and service contracts.
* Deliver excellent customer service.
About the Applicant:
You will need a full current driving licence, be able to drive a standard Company van, and be prepared to work out of normal office hours as required.
