As a Business Analyst, youll work at the heart of our business, bridging the gap between organisational needs and technical solutions. Collaborating with stakeholders and development teams, youll design, implement, and enhance software systems that boost efficiency, productivity, and value.

What you will be doing:
* Dive deep into Europa’s software systems, business areas, and practices to build expert-level knowledge.
* Partner with various business units to refine and analyse software requirements, ensuring they align with business goals.
* Collaborate closely with the team to deliver high-quality software solutions.
* Develop detailed work items that empower teams to meet objectives.
* Embrace Agile practices like daily stand-ups, design meetings, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
Our Ideal Person:
* Can apply Agile/XP principles to foster collaboration and streamline development.
* Excels at translating business requirements into actionable software solutions.
* Collaborates seamlessly with cross-functional teams to deliver results.
* Crafts detailed work items, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
* Experience working on responsive websites or ecommerce projects
* Good understanding of website user journeys and/or UX design
* Figma experience is desirable but not essential
* Familiar with Azure DevOps / Jira or similar
* Thrives in Agile/XP environments, contributing actively to sprints, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
* Communicates confidently and effectively with team members at all levels.
* Understands software systems and development lifecycles.
