In this key role, you’ll support the Individual Vehicle Approval (IVA) and HGV/Trailer technical teams, acting as a vital link between internal and external stakeholders.
You’ll manage scheme publications, maintain the Vehicle Approvals Knowledgebase, and ensure compliance with ISO standards and legislation.

Your main responsibilities will include: To manage IVA Scheme external technical publications on the GOV.UK website Creating new and amending existing publications with web and policy teams Programming, planning and co-ordinating activities ensuring objectives are delivered manage IVA Scheme and Customer Service Centre internal publications on the DVSA Intranet Collate and publish information, taking responsibility for collecting data and meeting publication deadlines.
Technical Interpretation (TI) and Technical Standard Enquiries (TSE) record control Provide guidance to processing staff to aid delivery of scheme objectives Liaise with Service Desk and IT providers, negotiating delivery against requirements For further information on the role, please read the role profile.
