CNC Miller – Friendly & Dynamic Engineering Company
We are seeking a skilled CNC Miller to join a small, supportive engineering team offering long‑term stability and a positive working environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced machinist who takes pride in producing high‑quality precision components.
Key Responsibilities
* Program, set, and operate 3-, 4- & 5-axis CNC milling machines to manufacture precision components to customer specifications.
* Interpret engineering drawings to determine machining operations.
* Select appropriate cutting tools and machining parameters for each job.
* Monitor production processes, perform in‑cycle inspections, and maintain strict quality standards.
* Use 3D models as part of the programming process.
* Work collaboratively with the team to optimise machining processes and improve efficiency.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years’ CNC programming experience.
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to carry out quality control checks.
* Confident with basic maths for accurate measurements and dimensions.
