As a General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring every customer receives the right experience for them. We are offering a competativebasic salary with an OTE of £70,000and company car!
You will have full accountability for every aspect of the dealership, including:
* Operational Excellence – Ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations and compliance with all policies, processes, and legislation.
* Financial Performance – Drive robust cost control and deliver strong financial results.
* Manufacturer Relationships – Build and maintain positive partnerships with our brand partners.

You will also be expected to:
* Foster a Customer‑Centric Culture – Deliver products and services that meet customer needs, protect them from harm, and encourage repeat business.

* Demonstrate Proven Success – Bring a strong track record as a General Manager within the automotive sector, with achievements in both new and used vehicle sales.
* Drive Excellence – Achieve outstanding financial performance while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate Across the Business – Work closely with colleagues to build long‑term customer loyalty.
