Workplace Project Manager (18-Month FTC)
West London | Site-Based | £55,000–£75,000 + Bonus + Benefits
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Workplace Project Manager to join a highly regarded global business during a significant period of workplace transformation and growth.
This is a newly created role offering the opportunity to take ownership of a diverse portfolio of workplace projects across five London sites. Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a key role in shaping the future workplace experience, delivering business-critical projects and driving operational excellence across the portfolio.
Combining workplace operations, project delivery and stakeholder management, this position would suit someone who enjoys leading change, improving environments and seeing projects through from concept to completion.
The Role
Key responsibilities will include:
* Leading workplace operations across a portfolio of five London sites
* Delivering workplace transformation projects, office relocations and refurbishment initiatives from planning through to execution
* Driving operational improvements and implementing consistent workplace standards, processes and best practice
* Managing suppliers, contractors and workplace service partners to ensure exceptional service delivery
* Overseeing Health & Safety compliance, workplace risk management and statutory obligations
* Managing project budgets, procurement activity and supplier performance against agreed SLAs and KPIs
* Acting as a key stakeholder across workplace and business change initiatives
* Building strong relationships across the business to enhance the overall employee and workplace experience
About You
* Proven workplace, facilities or property management experience across multiple corporate sites
* Demonstrable experience delivering workplace transformation projects, office moves or refurbishment programmes
* Strong operational, project management and stakeholder management skills
* Sound understanding of UK Health & Safety legislation and workplace compliance requirements
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
* Comfortable operating within fast-paced, evolving environments
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, solutions-focused approach
* IOSH Managing Safely as a minimum, with NEBOSH and/or project management qualifications advantageous
