This is a busy transport operation requiring strong attention to detail to support the delivery of key transport KPIs. The role involves carrying out day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks within the transport department, reporting directly to the Transport Team Manager on duty.
Shift:
4 on 4 off 3 x 18:0006:00 and 1 x 20:0006:00 (or 18:0004:00 as required)
Hourly pay rate:
* Standard Nights: £15.56 per hour
* Overtime Nights: £22.41 per hour

Role duties:
1. Collate and process transport and warehouse paperwork; maintain record-keeping spreadsheets
2. Assist with driver debriefs and ensure compliance with legal and company requirements (e.g. missing kilometres, driver card downloads)
3. Respond to calls and emails from stores, drivers, and other stakeholders, escalating where necessary
4. Support the Transport Team Manager with general administrative duties and reporting
5. Maintain sufficient stock of sundries and stationery
