Supporting students, maintaining a positive learning environment, and helping ensure lessons run smoothly in the absence of the class teacher.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
* Supervising classes and keeping students on task with set work
* Delivering pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects
* Managing behaviour and promoting a calm learning atmosphere
* Offering support to students during cover lessons
* Collaborating with teaching staff and leadership teams
